Francesca Lo Cascio

Italian architect and interior designer, Francesca expresses her creative flair in her job just as much as in everything she puts her mind to in everyday's life. Francesca has found the perfect recipe for inspiration and inner balance gleaned through her travel experiences, the practice of yoga and healthy living & eating also in terms of cultural and spiritual insight. Deeply inspired by the “Ayurvedic” values, she studied natural cuisine and, in Bali, she was formed to the Chakra Balance and massage techniques. Francesca started practicing yoga in Thailand in 2002, where she studied Hata Yoga in Pai and progressively refining her formation in Vinyasa Yoga in India at Richikesh's Tattvaa Centre and in Paris with Carolina Daza, Mika de Brito and Gerard Arnauld. www.flocdesign.com

Carolina Daza

She completed a Master's in Contemporary Arts at Paris 8 University and a second one in Arts, Food and Culture at New York University. During her studies at NYU she lived at Manhattan’s Lower East Side's prime Ashram - the Bhakti Center. There, she studied under the supervision of Divya Alter, her Ayurvedic cooking teacher. Her inspiring yoga teachers are Linda Munro and Gérald Disse at Ashtanga Yoga Paris , where she completed her 500HR Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in Ashtanga Yoga. Carolina's creative cooking has taken her to be at the kitchen of SOL Semilla, a parisian 100% organic and vegan, super-food restaurant, staging at NOMA -the world's top restaurant- as well as working with the Think Food Group of José Andres in Washington D.C. www.carolinadaza.com

Ophelie travels the world with a passport for wonder. She’s a voiceover since the age 4, sings, plays and compose, cooks (vegan, ayurvedic, raw…), practices yoga, meditation and Reïki. Her life is a spicy blend made of traveling all around the planet, creative workshops, silent retreats, energetic courses, meeting new people, discoverings, and infinite possibilities life has to offer…. Her motto : Eat Sing Laugh!

Nathalie Geetha Babouraj

Medical doctor, dancer, yogatherapist and Ayurvedic lifestyle techer trained by Deepak Chopra, Nathalie Geetha is a Life explorer with a big L. Her passion: guide the person on her path of Life, with the Body, the Heart, and the Soul. Because, like Ayurveda tells us, we have everything within. To bring this flavor of health and well-being in France, she creates in 2014 the iSi, l'Institut de Santé Intégrative, and invites us to discover our own integrative health through different workshops, like Nathalie's Brunch, in Paris. Emilie Berner

Emilie is interested in the intersection of food, education, and wellness. If she had to choose one word that described her many passions, she would say "connection: creating connections between products and consumers, between people and the thing that makes them most human, food." After completing her culinary degree at the Natural Gourmet Institute, Emilie worked in a number of restaurants, such as Mas Farmhouse, and Ellary's Greens, and taught cooking classes with The Edible Schoolyard, and The Sylvia Center. Currently she lives in New York City, where she is pursuing a Master's degree in Food & Culture at NYU. Her motto: I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way! www.furtherfood.com

Cristina Vatielli

Cristina Vatielli is an Italian photographer currently living and working in Rome. She began her photography career as an assistant and post-producer. For years she has collaborated with Paolo Pellegrin (Magnum Photos) and other photographers and videomakers of international renown. She was formerly represented by Prospekt agency and now works as a freelancer.
